He gave money to those in need even before he had enough to share. His giving increased as his wealth grew. He didn't wait to accumulate a fortune to give a portion of it to charity, or to buy his way into Heaven."

Mr. Turner was the recipient of the Florida Governor's Award for "Employer of the Handicapped for 1971."  

   Missionaries get $125,000 worth of soaps, shampoo and other cosmetics.

 Mr. Turner gave a $10,000 to Seminole County Zoo Fund,  plus $10,000 worth of cosmetic products for the members to sell to help reach their goal.

 Home for Retarded Children in Lebanon this $134,000 was financed by Mr. Turner and the Koscot sales people for Mrs. Emily Jones.

  • Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Association Telethon Award
  • Danny Thomas St. Jude Award
  • “Good Willy” Award from Goodwill Industries
  • Flame of Hope
  • St. Augustine School for Deaf and Blind
  • Sole Sponsor for the Funds for Scholarship for the winners of 1971 Miss Orlando Beauty Pageant
  • Sponsored a national program for retraining veteran through Concerned Veterans from Viet Nam Organization
  • Entertained a group of emotionally disturbed and mentally retarded children from the St. Joseph Collage Center in West Hartford, CT
  • Entertained young men from New Jersey's Boys Town of Kearney
Plus many, many more to numerous to mention.
